A foreign visitor may use a passport to buy a train ticket, enter a timed attraction, check into a hotel or confirm an air booking. Problems arise when a platform truncates a long name, an automated gate cannot read an overseas document or the passport changes after purchase. Real-name does not mean every service uses one national format. Treat each operator's official instructions as authoritative and preserve a clear identity chain across the trip.

Create a master identity record
